South Korean police on Wednesday arrested a weapons theft suspect who sparked a presidential election security alert, after lifting fingerprints from a letter he sent them. They said the man was detained in central Seoul after writing to police and offering to surrender. A fingerprint led to his identification and investigators traced his address. Full Story
