A second foreign doctor quizzed by Australian police over the failed British car bombings has been released after questioning and will not face further action, police said Wednesday. The man, who was briefly questioned on Tuesday after a first medic, Indian national Mohammed Haneef, 27, was arrested at Brisbane airport Monday as he tried to leave the country on a one-way ticket, had not been under arrest.
