An Islamic radical alleged to be a key aide of a Southeast Asian terror leader warned Tuesday that militants in the region would keep attacking American and Australian targets. Subur Sugiarto was appearing as a witness in the trial of one of four suspects accused in the 2005 Bali restaurant attacks.
