Suspected Islamic militants have shot dead seven Indian labourers in Indian Kashmir, the army said. A spokesman said the labourers from India’s northeastern state of Bihar were killed when suspected rebels fired at them in the southern district of Anantnag. “We are trying to get more details,” spokesman Hemant Junaja said on Monday. None of the dozen groups fighting Indian rule in Kashmir claimed responsibility for the attack. Full Story
