Britain’s security service has told businesses that the threat of a terrorist attack in the country is lower than at any time since the September 11, 2001 carnage in the United States, a report said.MI5 said in an advisory note it had downgraded the risk from its second highest level “severe general” to a lower category of “substantial”, according to the Financial Times newspaper.
