The new United Nations human rights chief on Tuesday condemned the killing of a Somali family in her native South Africa and urged authorities to take stronger steps to stem xenophobic violence. A Somali mother, Sahra Omar Farah, was stabbed and bludgeoned to death along with her two teenage sons and 12-year-old daughter in a village in the Eastern Cape province on October 3, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay said in a statement.
