Russia has reduced its oil shipments to the Czech Republic without providing an explanation, the Industry and Trade Ministry announced Friday. The cutback was announced three days after this nation signed a military agreement with Washington that the Kremlin strongly opposes, but Czech officials declined to speculate on the reasons.
