The Philippine military accused the country’s largest Muslim rebel group Monday of violating a 2003 cease-fire by attacking troops with the help of al-Qaida-linked extremists. The military lodged a protest against the Moro Islamic Liberation Front before a joint government-rebel committee, demanding that the group oust two rebel commanders who allegedly led Sunday’s attacks on southern Basilan island, military spokesman Lt.
