Venezuelan helicopters landed in Colombia on Friday for a mission to pick up three hostages being freed by Marxist rebels, amid uncertainty over the handover’s location and day. Two MI-17 helicopters bearing the emblem of the International Committee of the Red Cross arrived at 2148 GMT in Villavicencio, the hub of the handover operation, a small city at the eastern foot of the Andes.
