Oil workers in Nigeria will resume work today after calling off a two-day strike against Chevron Corp., a union president said. Peter Akpatason, president of the National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers, or Nupeng, said the strike was initiated on Oct. 9 after Chevron’s Nigeria unit allegedly changed some policies with regard to pay that had been agreed to in 2005.
