A former Rwandan minister wanted on genocide charges related to the 1994 conflict in the African state was arrested by German police, the Federal Crime Office said. Augustin Ngirabatware is accused of presiding over the Rwandan genocide and inciting the mass murder of the Tutsi minority via a radio station he founded, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda confirmed. A spokesman, Roland Amoussouga, added that he was one of 16 fugitives sought by the tribunal. Full Story
