Two suspects in the 1994 Rwandan genocide, a priest and a prefect, were arrested Friday in France on a warrant from an international court investigating the massacres, judicial officials said. Wenceslas Munyeshyaka, a Roman Catholic priest in Normandy, and Laurent Bucyibaruta, a former prefect, were jailed before possible extradition to Tanzania where the U.N.
