Fighting erupted Thursday between two Shiite militia groups in the southern Iraqi city of Basra and a curfew was declared. A source from the Islamic Fadeela Party in Basra said the party headquarters had been completely burned down as clashes were continuing between gunmen from Moqtada al-Sadr’s party and the Fadeela militants.
