Rebels say Philippine ceasefire on verge of collapse
Muslim rebels in the southern Philippines Sunday warned a fragile four-year ceasefire with the government is on the verge of collapse. The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) said in a statement posted on its website the ceasefire may collapse due to the “militarys arrogance and defiance.” It said the MILF would not take the military’s repeated aggression “sitting down.” Full Story
