Gunmen killed two members of Mexico’s former ruling party Saturday in a mountain city in southern Mexico, local media reported. Javier Carlos Vargas and Sosimo Hurtado, both active members of the Institutional Revolutionary Party, or PRI, were riddled with bullets in the city of Tlapa in southern Guerrero state, the Mexico newspaper El Universal reported.
