Former oil tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky on Wednesday accused the Kremlin of seeking to keep him behind bars after prosecutors filed new charges against him in what he termed a “shameful farce.” The 43-year-old, who is believed to have angered President Vladimir Putin by funding opposition parties, is serving the fourth year of an eight-year sentence in a Siberian prison camp.
