A letter bomb exploded at a motor vehicle office in Wales on Wednesday, injuring a woman in the third such attack in as many days. The parcel exploded at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority in Swansea, South Wales. Police said a woman was hurt but her injuries were not life-threatening. Full Story
