Iraqis have mourned the deaths of 70 people killed in twin bombings at a Baghdad university, as US President George W. Bush warned the botched hanging of Saddam Hussein made it harder to contain sectarian violence devastating the capital. Shocked and angry students staged a protest in the central Karada district demanding more protection for students and professors after Tuesday’s bombings at Mustansiriyah university in east Baghdad which also left 138 people wounded.
