North Korea’s main newspaper blasted Japan on Sunday for upgrading the country’s Defense Agency to a full ministry, calling it a return to the pre-World War II system and an attempt to invade the communist state. Japan launched the Defense Ministry on Tuesday amid concern over the North’s missile and nuclear weapons development.
