Mohammad Momin Khawaja, the first person charged under Canada’s Anti-Terrorism Act, will have spent at least three years in jail before his trial begins. The Ottawa man, accused of being part of a conspiracy to bomb targets in Britain, will not stand trial until April at the earliest. He was arrested in late March of 2004. Full Story
