A fire at a Russian psychiatric hospital killed nine people and wounded 16, local media reported on Sunday, just over a day after a blaze at a hospital in Moscow killed 45 women. The psychiatric hospital is in the Kemerovo region of Western Siberia. The fire broke out on Saturday night when 223 patients and seven staff were in the building, Itar-Tass news agency quoted emergency services as saying.
