A fire at a Moscow drug rehabilitation hospital that killed 43 people was most likely caused by arson, Russian news agencies quoted a senior firefighter as saying on Saturday. “There is a 90 percent probability that it was arson,” Itar-Tass news agency quoted Yuri Nenashev, head of the fire safety directorate of Russia’s Emergencies Ministry, as saying.
