Indian police arrested 10 people deported from Dubai on Tuesday, accusing them of being part of a crime syndicate involved in kidnapping, extortion and murder. Police said those arrested belonged to the gang of Dawood Ibrahim, a fugitive mob boss believed to be based in Pakistan and who is accused of masterminding the 1993 Mumbai bombings that killed 257 people.
