The U.N. Security Council agreed Wednesday on a list of banned items that could be used to make nuclear, chemical and biological weapons or ballistic missiles and ordered all countries to prevent North Korea from importing or exporting the items. The Security Council resolution adopted on Oct. 14 to punish North Korea for conducting a nuclear test requires all countries to keep North Korea from selling or buying any material for weapons of mass destruction or ballistic missiles.
