Suspected Muslim rebels shot dead two brothers and an ex-policeman in Indian Kashmir as a top insurgent was granted bail after 16 years in jail on murder and extortion charges, police said. Brothers Matlob Ahmed, 25 and 18-year-old Hafiz Ganai, were killed when the rebels fired at them in the northern district of Kupwara late Wednesday, a police spokesman said. Full Story
