Prosecutors investigating the alleged CIA kidnapping of an Egyptian cleric in Milan will decide in the coming weeks whether to indict Italy’s spy chief for allegedly collaborating with the Americans in a case that could strain U.S.-Italian relations. Prosecutors recently announced the conclusion of an investigation against 26 Americans and several Italian intelligence officials.
