A “SHELL-SHOCKED” Indian Army has launched an inquiry into spying within its ranks after a second soldier was charged under the Official Secrets Act with handing highly classified information on troop deployments to agents of Pakistan’s ISI intelligence agency. The information is believed to have related to Indian deployments in the disputed territory of Kashmir.
