Insurgents attacked a NATO convoy in southern
Afghanistan on Sunday, sparking a gunbattle that killed 15 suspected militants and wounded two NATO troops, the alliance said Sunday. The clash occurred in Daychopan district of Zabul province on Saturday, NATO said. Militants ambushed a NATO convoy with small arms and rocket-propelled grenades. Two NATO vehicles were also damaged, NATO said. The alliance did not disclose the nationalities of the wounded soldiers. Full Story
