North Korea’s No. 2 leader threatened further nuclear tests if the United States continues its “hostile attitude” toward the communist regime, a news report said Wednesday. Kim Yong Nam, second to North Korean leader Kim Jong Il as president of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly, said in an interview in Pyongyang with Japan’s Kyodo News agency that the regime’s actions would depend on U.S. policy toward it.
