The leaders of Taiwan’s campaign to oust embattled President Chen Shui-bian said they were planning a huge rally for the upcoming National Day. Shih Ming-teh, head of the campaign launched in early September, said they were hoping for some two million people to circle Chen’s office on October 10. “I urge the people to bravely stand up and declare that they are the master of the nation and Chen is the servant.
