Suspected tribal militants ambushed and killed at least four railway workers and seven paramilitary troopers in India’s restive northeast, police and railway officials said. The attack took place in Assam state’s Hathikhali region, 350 kilometres (217 miles) south of the provincial capital Guwahati as the victims were on their way to a construction site, Northeast Frontier Railway spokesman T.
