Ugandan rebel leaders from the Lord’s Resistance Army will leave their hideouts under terms of a tentative truce despite facing arrest warrants by an international court on war crimes charges, their lead negotiator said Sunday. Rebel leader Joseph Kony, who has been seen in public only a handful of times during the 19-year insurgency, will assemble along with other fighters at two agreed locations in southern Sudan, said Martin Ojul, the rebels’ chief negotiator.
