At least 14 people have been killed in a spate of attacks and fighting in northern Iraq. Ten people, including three policemen, were killed when a suicide bomber struck in Hadhar, Nineveh province. Hours earlier, at least four policemen died some 90km (55 miles) north of Hadhar in Mosul, as a fresh eruption of violence hit the city.
