The shooting of a man arrested during an anti-terror raid in east London was an “accident”, the Independent Police Complaints Commission has said. The firearms officer involved committed “no criminal or disciplinary offence” when Mohammed Abdul Kahar, 23, was shot in Forest Gate, on June 2, it said.
