A car packed with explosives exploded near the U.S. consulate in Kirkuk, killing two Iraqis and wounding seven others, Iraqi police said Sunday. No Americans were injured in the explosion late Saturday in eastern Kirkuk, said police Col. Burhan Tayeb.
