A bomb planted in a fruit cart exploded in a crowded southern Afghan market on Wednesday, killing two men and wounding eight others, police said. The explosion occurred in the Kandahar provincial town of Spin Boldak near the Pakistani border, said area police chief Haji Abdul Wasay.
