Brazilian police broke up an international drug ring Thursday and arrested a man suspected of being the country’s top cocaine trafficker, authorities said. Luciano Geraldo Daniel was arrested on his small ranch in Galia, 215 miles west of Sao Paulo, where police said they found a drug laboratory and seized 330 pounds of cocaine paste along with chemicals, firearms, ammunition, grenades and night-vision binoculars.
