On the eve of the first anniversary of the London transport bombings, Islamist Web sites are announcing the imminent appearance of video that appears to include a message from one of the bombers, as well as an American member of al Qaeda. The announcement, which appears in Arabic, says the video comes from As Sahab, al Qaeda’s video production arm, and contains a picture of Shehzad Tanweer, one of the four London suicide bombers who launched their attack last July 7.
