Al-Qaeda in Saudi Arabia has rejected an amnesty offer proposed last month by King Abdullah for wanted Islamic militants who surrender to authorities, the group said in an on-line statement.The amnesty “shows the phobia and the fear felt by this apostate government,” said the statement, the authenticity of which could not be verified.
