Lebanese security forces on Saturday arrested the man allegedly caught on camera planting a defused mortar bomb at the entrance of the Hariri family’s Future television station, an arrest that officials said might offer “clues” into the wave of bombings and assassinations that has rocked Lebanon since October 2004.
