José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero has said he wants to start talks with ETA this summer after informing parliament first. In an interview with the radio station Cadena Ser, Zapatero was asked directly if he would start talks with the Basque separatist organisation. In response, he said: “This is my intention.” He said he would not reveal when he planned to make the announcement to parliament. Full Story
