A youth and a man charged with conspiracy to murder and conspiring to cause public nuisance by using poisons or explosives are due in court. The man, 21, from West Yorkshire, was held at Manchester airport last week. He and the youth, who is 16 and also from West Yorkshire, will appear at Bow Street Magistrates’ Court in central London.
