The head of the U.N. nuclear watchdog said on Monday Iran was still resisting investigation into its disputed atomic program as pressure grew on Tehran to respond to a diplomatic overture from world powers. As the governing board of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) met in Vienna, Iran insisted on its right to enrich uranium but did not reject outright the offer of incentives made by U.N.
