A suicide car bomber killed at least five people and injured 10 in an attack Saturday on a police station in the western border town of Qaim, the head of the local hospital said. The attack was the second to take place Saturday as parliament prepared to inaugurate the country’s first fully constitutional government since the collapse of Saddam Hussein three years ago.
