15 Hindus wounded in grenade attack in Indian Kashmir

Fifteen Hindu activists were wounded in a fresh attack targeting the minority religious community in Indian Kashmir by suspected Islamic militants, police said. The grenade attack was launched as the activists attended a lunch in Doda district organised by India’s main opposition Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), police said on Wednesday. Doda lies some 180 kilometres (112 miles) northeast of Jammu, winter capital of Muslim-majority Indian Kashmir. Full Story
