Iraq has apprehended an aide to the country’s most-wanted man, Iraq Al-Qaeda chief Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, in the city of Ramadi, the interior ministry said on Tuesday. It said the suspected insurgent, Salah Hussein Abdel Razak, had a mobile telephone with a picture of himself and Zarqawi together but a statement did not specify when the arrest took place.
