Islamic militants have threatened to mount suicide attacks on cable television stations who ignore a ban on “obscene” broadcasts, a report said. The warning from hardline groups al Badr Mujahedin, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Harkat-ul-Mujahedin and a small rebel outfit, the al Madina Regiment, came a day after some operators pulled entertainment channels off the air, but others did not.
