Serbia-Montenegro’s foreign minister called for the dismissal of top security officials because of their failure to capture war crimes fugitive Ratko Mladic, according to a newspaper interview published Saturday. Serbia’s government has pledged to step up efforts to hunt down Mladic so it can restart suspended European Union pre-membership talks. The EU had set an April 30 deadline for Belgrade to hand over Mladic to the U.N. war crimes tribunal in The Hague, Netherlands. Full Story
