Hedi Ben Youssef Boudhiba, alleged to have links to the planning of the 11 September attacks, was held in August 2004 at Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Scotland Yard’s Extradition Unit handed the Tunisian citizen over to the Spanish authorities at RAF Northolt.
