During a visit by Lebanon’s prime minister, the State Department is renewing its support for political and economic change in the Middle Eastern country. Lebanese Prime Minister Faud Saniora was meeting with President Bush on Tuesday after conferring with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. During his three-day stay, Saniora plans meetings with several members of the Cabinet and Congress, officials of international lending institutions and Arab diplomats. Full Story
